Make a Decision, Then Providence Moves... by Jac

The very first time I received a foot zone, I knew I needed to learn it. For three years, I let myself want in idleness. I lacked the courage to make it happen. I was holding myself back from receiving valuable knowledge, incredible blessings, and life-changing experiences. Then one day I came across this quote I had written down in a college class several years before:

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves, too. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way.” —William Hutchinson Murray

Suddenly, I had to move forward! I hadn't a clue how to make things work, especially financially, to take the zone class. Yet somehow it didn't matter—I realized that it wasn't up to me, anyway. I had to trust that it was time to get out of my comfort zone. It was time to progress!

Immediately, I got online and began researching schools. One stuck out. I called the owner, Brad Noall. He informed me that classes started in less than two weeks.

"Impossible!" I thought. Or was it?

He then told me that if timing was right, it would all work out. He urged me to think about it and let him know.

I told him I already knew and added that my mom would be taking the class with me and I'd have her call him. Then I promptly called my mom and told her that I had signed up for the foot zone class, that I'd told the owner about her too, and that she would be giving him a call. She kind of freaked out and notified me she had just given her two weeks notice at her job and would have no way to pay for the class herself. I repeated Brad's words of wisdom and told her that if it was the right time, it would all work out.

And guess what? It did. For both of us. Somehow, the finances were there… the availability was there. All because we made decisions and trusted in the blessings that would follow—blessings that we never could have comprehended at that time.

If you have ever felt the pull to learn the foot zone, why not now? We are still accepting registration for our new spring class beginning on Friday and Saturday of next week. We look forward to hearing from you!
